Services for creating websites, applications, and other digital solutions are defined individually for each client and are precisely established via a quote or written contract. All changes or additions to the scope of services are possible exclusively with prior written agreement from both parties.
Service prices are determined in advance and expressed in Euros (€), excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. The client agrees to make payments in accordance with the agreed deadlines, either in advance or in project phases. In case of payment delay, the author reserves the right to temporarily suspend work until due obligations are settled.
Execution deadlines are defined in agreement with the client and may change in case of modified requirements, addition of new functionalities, unforeseen circumstances, or delays in delivery of necessary materials by the client. The author is not responsible for deadline extensions caused by such circumstances.
Upon completion and full payment of the project, the client acquires the exclusive right to use the created solution in accordance with the agreed purpose. The client does not have the right to resell, transfer, lease, or redistribute the created solution, in whole or in part, without the explicit written consent of the author, unless otherwise agreed. The author reserves the right to use certain parts of the code and design for educational, promotional, and reference purposes, including display in the portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Created websites and applications are delivered tested and functional according to agreed specifications. The author assumes no responsibility for subsequent changes by third parties, technical difficulties with hosting providers, security incidents, or unauthorized interventions. The client is responsible for regular maintenance and security after project completion, unless otherwise agreed.
After project delivery, additional support and maintenance services can be contracted based on a separate agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, support and maintenance are not included in the basic project price.
The author reserves the right to change these terms of business without prior notice. Changes apply to all existing and new clients. The client is obliged to regularly review and become familiar with the current versions of these terms during the project duration.
